BUTTJES ARCHITECTURE RECEIVES U.D.I. AWARD

Dirk Buttjes, president of Buttjes Architecture, inc., is pleased to announce the firms receipt of the Urban Development Institute's 2005 award for the Best Mixed-Use Project, for “TIME” in North Vancouver.

The project was hailed as the impetus for the current urban redevelopment of the Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood, and houses major commercial, a civic community centre, and high-rise residential uses.

The following professional qualities are sought:

• A minimum of 5 years local Architectural detailing and construction know-how
• Communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency with AutoCad (PC)
• Contract Administration
